My client, a prestigious law firm based in Liverpool, is seeking a dedicated Costs Draftsperson to join their esteemed legal costs team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to thrive in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
 
Responsibilities:

• Drafting Bills of Costs, N260’s, Schedules for JSM, and Precedent H Cost budgets using costmaster
• Overseeing the Issuing of the Notice of Commencement and associated documents
• Dealing with budget negotiations
• Providing technical advice to fee earners
• Negotiating and agreeing costs with paying party solicitors
