Legal support was our first desk. Over the past 14 years we have seen significant growth in our presence across the UK. The legal support team offer a full remit of business services including secretarial, accounts, marketing, HR, business development, office management and administration on a national scale.

At Douglas Scott we recognise that adding talent to your Business Support functions can add tangible value to law firms whether this is in a professional support capacity or in sowing the seeds for the next generation of budding Lawyers by kick-starting their legal career. Founding a formal Business Support desk has enabled us to expand our capacity to recruit for the support market in turn aiding firms with their recruitment needs on a more specialist basis. We work with all manner of law firms including Top 20, 50, Legal 500, regional, boutique and high street across the Country.

In May 2017 Business Support was integrated with the Key Accounts desk. As a result, the Legal Support team offer bespoke services for firms that are looking for national volume recruitment assistance. Services vary from general account management to Master Vendor, complete with administration through our specialist recruitment portal. With the ability to dedicate more time and resources we offer specialist approaches for roles that necessitate a focused recruitment strategy.
