Kathryn’s role as CEO has allowed her to further her passion for innovation and technology within the recruitment sector and demonstrate her commitment to creating and supporting the growth of skills across the legal sector. A highly respected thought leader within the legal recruitment industry and a regular speaker on the HR & Recruitment circuit, Kath is passionate about adding tangible value to stakeholder relationships and shaping the future of legal recruitment.
Aimee has been part of the Douglas Scott family for over 10 years and as Business Analyst, is pivotal to the successful day-to-day running of the business covering our Compliance, IT and Auditing functions. Under Aimee's remit is responsibility for our database and CRM system, which is fundamental to all communications with candidates and clients alike. She attained a BA (hons) degree in Business Economics from the University of Manchester.
