I am working with legal 500 law firm who have offices across the North West and they are now looking for appoint an experience Family Solicitor for their Liverpool office. My award winning client offer's all their staff flexible hybrid working, 28 days holiday plus bank holiday and much more including life assurance, pension schemes, eye vouchers and much more.
 
The office location would be Liverpool city centre within their plush new office space, offering a great work life balance with hybrid working on offer.
 
The successful candidate would work on handling and managing their own caseload of a range of family matters including but not limited to Divorce, financial applications, and private children law matters. You would also;

• Conduct your own advocacy on your cases, subject to experience
• Maintain and develop specialist knowledge expertise and skills
• Comply with all training/professional development requirements, and maintain accurate records of all training/professional development undertaken to service the clients
• Maintain a thorough understanding of and complying with the Solicitors Accounts and Solicitors Practice Rules
• Develop new client relationships and ensuring excellent standards are maintained when servicing the clients
• Ensuring the retention of good clients through appropriate client management and matter completion
• Supporting key office led and departmental events to secure new clients, cross refer opportunities and further increase the team’s strong reputation
• Ensuring clients receive the best commercial legal advice tailored to their circumstances
• Achieving personal utilisation and realisation targets
• Building relationships both internally and externally throughout the business and department to raise your own profile
