During this period he specialised in the placement of interim risk and compliance contractors. Tom has a degree in Sports Injury Rehabilitation.

Prior to Douglas Scott, he worked for 2 years at a Financial Services Recruiter and has 6 years’ experience in the Real Estate Finance sector. Nick studied Sport and Exercise Science at Liverpool John Moores University.
