Guy joined Douglas Scott in 2015 and now manages the London & South East Private Practice team. He recruits for City centre based and large scale international firms, top 100’s, leading regional and boutique practices. Guy places candidates of all levels from both qualified and non-qualified backgrounds. He always aims to build long term relationships with both candidates and clients and prides himself on delivering a professional, honest, and dedicated service. Prior to joining Douglas Scott, Guy spent 5 years working with a well-known national recruiter working within the Senior Finance market. Guy attained a BA (hons) degree in Philosophy from the University of Liverpool.

Ryan works with well-established departments as well as with firms which are keen to diversify into new areas of law.
