Housing Disrepair Small Claims Fee Earner (fully remote)

Failsworth – £22,000 - £26,000

My client is a regional specialist law firm and due to recent growth are looking to recruit a Housing Disrepair Small Claims Fee Earner. The firm are Manchester based but this is a fully remote role with a salary of £26,000 DOE.
 
You will be joining a firm that specialises in Personal Injury Clinical Negligence and Housing Disrepair and as a result bring in quality work and will allow you the opportunity to learn from experts in their field.
 
You will be managing your own caseload of housing despair files with the opportunity to assist and progress onto higher value, more complex files. Some previous exposure to HDR litigation is preferable as well as someone who can take initiative and be a self-starter. A passion and interest in the legal industry must be apparent as they want someone loyal who will stay and grow with their firm and take advantage of the amazing career progression opportunities they offer.
