Housing Disrepair Fee Earner

My client is a regional law firm that specialise in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Housing Disrepair are looking to recruit a Housing Disrepair fee earner to join their team to manage a litigated caseload.The role comes with a competitive salary of £50,000 DOE with a bonus scheme on top with achievable targets. My client is Manchester based but the role is fully remote so applicants from across the UK are welcome. The team is growing so there are plenty of opportunities for career progression.
You will be managing a caseload of approximately 160 Housing Disrepair Litigated cases. Responsibilities include Housing Disrepair Pre Action Protocol, drafting court documentation, and handling court papers using Part 7 CPR. The successful candidate will need a solid understanding of litigated housing files with at least a years’ experience.
