Private Client Solicitor (2+PQE)

Enfield – £45,000 - £65,000

• Conducting the administration of Estates and Trusts
• Managing matters pertaining to Inheritance Tax
• Assisting with casework, including various Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney cases
• Handling Estate administration processes such as applying for and obtaining probate, setting up trusts, and resolving tax liabilities
• Conducting tax planning activities (advantageous)
• Managing correspondence and ensuring accurate time costing procedures

• Professional demeanour with a proactive approach to client care
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills
• Capacity to use own initiative and exercise sound judgment
• Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office applications and document management
• STEP qualification preferred but not essential
