Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload covering residential conveyancing, commercial property transactions, and landlord and tenant disputes.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare correspondence as necessary.
• Independently manage caseload comfortably and be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in handling various cases involving residential, commercial, and landlord and tenant matters.
• Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Capable of handling own caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
