Personal Injury Division: Solicitor Fluent in SpanishI currently have an opening for a solicitor proficient in Spanish, within a leading, legal500 law firm based in Central London.
Your workload will primarily encompass cases related to road traffic accidents and employer’s liability, covering a spectrum of fast-track, intermediate, and multi-track cases, with some potentially involving litigation. There may also be an opportunity to progress into catastrophic injury cases.
Applicants must demonstrate fluency in both Spanish and English, along with prior experience managing a personal injury caseload. Strong communication skills, adeptness in IT, and proficiency in document and case management software are essential.

Francesca began working for Douglas Scott in 2017, joining the National Insurance team. Her role involves placing Paralegals and Solicitors into claimant and defendant Personal Injury law firms in the London area and her clients range from sole-practitioners to international Law Firms. Francesca previously worked for an insurance company as a part of the Expert Liaison team, and so, has previous knowledge within the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market. She graduated from the University of Lancashire after completing a Primary School Teaching degree, prior to that gaining A-Levels in Business Studies, English and Religious Studies.
