A law firm based in Central London is currently looking for a Court Of Protection Solicitor to join their dynamic and successful law firm. They are seeking a talented individual with at least 1 years experience within a Court Of Protection role.Day to day you will be managing a caseload of COP matters, including deputyship applications, statutory wills, and making decisions on behalf of vulnerable individuals. You will be providing expert advice and representation to clients, ensuring that their best interests are protected at all times.
To progress to interview stage you must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and associate legislation. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must as you will be building a rapport with vulnerable client.
Ideally the firm is seeking someone with at least 1 years experience within a Court Of Protection role and you must be a qualified Solicitor, ideally from another Panel deputy.

Her role involves placing Paralegals and Solicitors into claimant and defendant Personal Injury law firms in the London area and her clients range from sole-practitioners to international Law Firms. Francesca previously worked for an insurance company as a part of the Expert Liaison team, and so, has previous knowledge within the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market. She graduated from the University of Lancashire after completing a Primary School Teaching degree, prior to that gaining A-Levels in Business Studies, English and Religious Studies.
