Join our clients esteemed Capital Markets & Derivatives (CMD) team in London, where they boast a robust client base spanning leading financial institutions, investment banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and more. The firm are seeking associates with at least 1 years PQE in structured finance, derivatives or debt capital markets.As part of their Finance practice with over 100 lawyers, you'll collaborate internationally, engaging with clients and colleagues across Europe and beyond. They prioritise quality work and client-centricity, seeking ambitious associates who thrive on responsibility and client interaction. With a diverse portfolio including securitised derivatives, structured products, OTC derivatives, and more, their collegiate and collaborative environment offers a wealth of challenging opportunities. They're on the lookout for proactive lawyers eager to contribute and grow with them.
About You
They're seeking an ambitious lawyer with 1-5 years PQE in derivatives, structured finance, or debt capital markets. Key attributes include:
- Experience drafting and negotiating derivatives and structured finance documentation
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong drafting skills and practical legal advice
- Sound judgement and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
