Property Litigation Solicitor

London – £45,000 - £70,000

An exciting opportunity has come about for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a fast growing, legal 500 law firm in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of property litigation and dispute resolution work.
• Handling assigned casework efficiently and promptly.
• Maintaining clear and regular communication with clients, adhering to 'client care' standards.
• Staying updated on legal developments, particularly within your specialized area.
• Ensuring accurate timekeeping, billing, and payment records.
• Managing routine correspondence, negotiations, and advocacy tasks.
• Collaborating with colleagues from different departments to deliver comprehensive client services.
• Analysing legal issues and advising clients on appropriate courses of action.
• Performing administrative tasks to support departmental operations and casework efficiency.
• Providing supervision and reporting to supervisors when necessary.

Skills/Knowledge Requirements

• Proficiency in a wide range of property litigation, including landlord representation, leasehold properties, and dispute resolution.
• 3-6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Advocacy skills at county court or tribunal (preferred but not essential).
• Strong Business Development skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent oral, written, and IT skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and commercial awareness.
