A progressive Top100 law firm is currently seeking a NQ- 4 year PQE Asbestos Solicitor to join their team in Central London.Their industrial disease team specialises in assisting sufferers of Asbestos related disease including mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis and diffuse pleural thickening.
Within this role you will be managing your own case-load and clients whilst working closely with the partners and senior lawyers to develop client relationship skills.
Previous experience within claimant personal injury is essential, ideally within Asbestos related claims. You must also have a keen interest in business development and marketing.

Francesca began working for Douglas Scott in 2017, joining the National Insurance team. Her role involves placing Paralegals and Solicitors into claimant and defendant Personal Injury law firms in the London area and her clients range from sole-practitioners to international Law Firms. Francesca previously worked for an insurance company as a part of the Expert Liaison team, and so, has previous knowledge within the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market. She graduated from the University of Lancashire after completing a Primary School Teaching degree, prior to that gaining A-Levels in Business Studies, English and Religious Studies.
