A prestigious and rapidly growing law firm, specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence cases is currently seeking NQ-5 year PQE Solicitors with either Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury experience to join various teams in their Central London office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of serious injury and/or clinical negligence cases from inception to completion, whilst assisting partners on high value complex injury files.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Collaborate with other solicitors within the team, experts, and medical professionals to build strong cases.
- Attend court hearings, negotiations, and mediations on behalf of clients.
- Provide exceptional client service, maintaining regular communication and updates throughout the legal process.
- Stay updated with changes in legislation and legal developments related to serious injury and clinical negligence law.
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, with experience in Serious Injury/Clinical Negligence
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.

Her role involves placing Paralegals and Solicitors into claimant and defendant Personal Injury law firms in the London area and her clients range from sole-practitioners to international Law Firms. Francesca previously worked for an insurance company as a part of the Expert Liaison team, and so, has previous knowledge within the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market. She graduated from the University of Lancashire after completing a Primary School Teaching degree, prior to that gaining A-Levels in Business Studies, English and Religious Studies.
