My client, a reputable law firm based in Liverpool, is currently seeking a motivated Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Fee Earner to join their team. This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary and presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Candidates with experience in either claimant or defendant roles, as well as those with a proven track record in handling pre and post-litigated housing disrepair cases, are encouraged to apply. While familiarity with Personal Injury law is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities for this role include:
• Managing a caseload of housing disrepair claims
• Drafting various interlocutory applications
• Liaising with counsel, and providing clear instructions throughout the process
• The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle complex cases efficiently and work on small claims, fast-track, and multi-track cases

Key requirements for the role include prior experience in housing disrepair law, a target-oriented approach with a commitment to exceptional client care, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of the CPR and Housing Conditions case law.
