Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ- 3 years PQE)

London – £40,000 - £60,000

A well-established law firm are currently on the lookout for a Junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their office in London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile litigation matters under the guidance of experienced partners and senior associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with clients, counsel, and expert witnesses to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of commercial disputes.
• Assist in the negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements and other legal documents.

The Ideal Candidate:  

• Qualified Commercial Litigation solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE)
• Strong academic credentials
• Demonstrated experience handling complex commercial disputes in a reputable law firm setting.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
