We are working exclusively with a well-established IP group who are seeking a Junior Chartered Trade Mark Attorney to join their busy practice in London!The is firm consistently acknowledged in World Trade Mark Review, Legal 500, Chambers, and IP Stars. The practice, renowned for its diversity, invites you to join an exciting journey across fashion, film, esports, e-tailing, music, and merchandise. Specialising in technology, media, and entertainment, they tackle avant-garde trade mark issues like metaverse brand protection. In this dynamic role, you'll engage with a broad clientele, from global start-ups to established brands and entertainment giants. Reporting to the Head of Trade Marks, you'll collaborate with a skilled team on cutting-edge trade mark matters.
Ideal candidate
- NQ - 1 Year PQE
- Must be a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney
- Experience of the WebTMS database will be helpful
- Well organised, committed, strong attention to detail.
