A Reprographics Technician is required to join a Global Law Firm based in Manchester City Centre.

The firm are looking for an experienced Reprographics Technician with experience of a professional office print environment, preferably law firm and experience of EFI Fiery/Command Workstation preferred.

The Reprographics team are an integral part of the Document Services Group, a team which focuses on delivering quality, consistent and a high standard of work to clients. As a Reprographics Technician, you will provide a wide range of services to the business by utilising production hardware and market leading software. You will produce both electronic and physical documents from various sources and produce a range of Marketing collateral.

The role requires a high level of IT knowledge in order to manipulate documents and utilise bespoke software. When opportunities arise, you will need to re-negotiate deadlines or identify cost effective alternative solutions to ensure business needs are met. Even though you will be based in Manchester, the role will involve providing cover in the Liverpool office for approximately 30 days per year, in addition ad hoc cover may be required in other UK locations.  All expenses (inc travel) will be covered.
 
The candidate: 

• High level of IT knowledge with an understanding of file structures and a wide range of applications
• Confident and able to build trust and rapport to develop effective relationships
• Experienced in operating production machines in a Reprographics environment
• Able to handle multiple priorities, working to sometimes conflicting timescales in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Ability to stay calm and composed in often demanding situations
• Focus on continued personal development and ensuring all training requirements are up to date
