Team Leader
Manchester – Salary negotiable based on experience
A rapidly growing firm are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join the team. As team leader, you will manage and lead a small number of teams covering different areas. You will ensure cases are processed in a timely manner and SLAs are maintained.The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and experience of proclaim or another similar software tool. The role will involve QA of cases, monitor and managing the team including KPI management, 1-2-1s reviews and training and development.
The Team leader will review the teams work daily ensuring everything is compliant across the team.
