Job Description:

The firm is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Solicitor to join their thriving Non-Contentious construction team. This exciting role involves managing non-contentious matters, servicing existing workflows, and contributing to the expansion of this aspect of the business. The position encompasses construction and engineering projects of varying sizes and complexities for clients across diverse sectors. Collaboration with team members in London, Birmingham, and Nottingham is integral, offering a unique opportunity to lead projects on a national and international scale.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • Experience in non-contentious work, with an understanding of contentious work
  • At least 4+ Years PQE
  • Commercial awareness and a practical, common-sense approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to provide practical, commercial advice and meet tight deadlines
  • An enquiring mind, attention to detail, and effective time management
  • Willingness to attend networking and social events, fostering professional relationships with clients and colleagues
