• Thriving office located in the bustling Liverpool City Centre.
• Flexible working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities:

• As our Personal Injury Fee Earner, you'll dive into a range of exciting tasks:
• Create a buzz by undertaking fee-earning work for our esteemed clients.
• Craft compelling client care correspondence to keep our clients informed and engaged.
• Conduct impactful interviews with clients and witnesses, transforming their stories into powerful statements.
• Navigate the Claims Portal with finesse, ensuring seamless processing of payments and preparing Stage 2 packs.
• Draft impressive documents and pleadings that stand out in the legal arena.
• Command attention by instructing top-notch experts and counsel to strengthen our cases.
• Take center stage in negotiations on behalf of our clients through phone and correspondence.
• Bring the drama to routine directions/interlocutory hearings, showcasing your legal prowess.

 
Qualifications:

• Illuminate the scene with a minimum of 12 months of recent experience in a claimant personal injury environment.
• Shine as a confident, independent worker with organizational finesse.
• Flash your tech-savvy side with familiarity in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Communicate like a star with strong interpersonal skills that captivate your audience.
