Our client, a Top 100 AMlaw firm is seeking a Senior level attorney to join their Private Equity M&A practice in Washington, D.C.!The firms Corporate M&A Private Equity group has been consistently recognised as a Tier 1 Ranked practice in U.S. News & World Reports "Best Law Firms" list, with deep expertise in a range of corporate transactions.
The practice group is seeking transactional attorneys with at least 6 years experience assisting clients that are private equity funds and/or Health Care providers. This opportunity is focused on supporting the firms health care clients with all their transactional needs, including acquisition of physician and dental practices and representation of health providers.
Qualified candidates:
- 6+ Years M&A transactional experience
- Experience in dealing with private equity funds or health care providers is necessary.
- JD with stellar academics.
- Admission to the Washington, D.C. Bar
- Preferably has experience at a large law firm.
- Ambition and drive to grow and support the national practice.
The good faith salary range for this position is $330,000 - $400,000, commensurate with levels of experience.
