Douglas Scott are assisting a Top 30 Amlaw with their search for a Corporate Associate with 2-4 years experience in fund formation to join their DC or New York office!- The Firm: A leading AmLaw firm, transforming Big Law.

- Role: 2nd – 4th year associate needed in the Corporate Advisory/Fund Formation practice area.
- Focus: Work with private equity sponsors and investors on fund structuring, formation, and operation.
- Responsibilities: Handle legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for fund sponsors.
- Experience: Fund formation experience required.
- Experience: 2-4 years of fund formation experience at a law firm.
- Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication skills for partner and client interactions.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism when engaging with high-priority clients and investors.
- Organization: Ability to balance and prioritize multiple assignments with attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings.
- Education: J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA accredited law school.
- Bar Admission: Admitted to the New York or DC bar.
