Construction Solicitor

Greater London – £80,000 - £97,000

I'm working with a national Top 200 firm that continues to grow its Construction & Projects practice, and they’re on the lookout for a Senior Associate to join their tight-knit and collegiate team in London (or any of their regional offices)

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role with immediate responsibility, working closely with the highly ranked Education team (Tier 1 in Legal 500), as well as clients across the Charity and Business Sectors. You’ll be involved primarily in non-contentious construction, but those with a mixed practice (including contentious) are welcome to apply.

Why this team?
  • Join a collaborative and friendly team with a genuinely values-led culture
  • Flexible targets, relaxed office culture, and 1 day in-office per week (Tuesday)
  • Salary up to £97,000, plus great benefits and profit-share scheme
  • Strong national presence with support from sector specialists
  • Room to grow into a leadership position, including supervision of juniors and business development opportunities
The team is flexible on location and supports hybrid working.

Who they’re looking for:
  • A qualified solicitor or barrister with 3+ years experience in non-contentious (and/or contentious) construction work
  • Someone who enjoys working autonomously but thrives in a collaborative culture
  • Interest or experience in education, charity or public sector projects a bonus
  • Appetite to contribute to BD and mentoring junior lawyers
This is a great chance to step into a senior role with autonomy, flexible working, and a pipeline of interesting sector-led projects.
Drop me a message if you’d like to hear more or be considered!
