Swindon – £55,000 - £65,000

This is a superb opportunity to join a thriving firm who are looking to strengthen an already successful and noted department.

You will have trained and gained experience in a noted team, preferably a Top 200 background but the firm can be flexible and include Legal 500 and large regionals who are known to attract high quality complex work.

You'll be working under the direction of specialist partners and senior associates who are known for advising on inheritance tax planning, reliefs, allowances and the laws surrounding will planning for assets in the UK and abroad. 

You will have experience of Private Client matters affecting landowners and ideally farmers, with experience in wills, lifetime gifting to mitigate inheritance tax, powers of attorney and Court of Protection cases. You could also handle estate administration, particularly for complex cases with cross border issues, farming estates and businesses involved. You can expect to work closely with personal representatives, accountants and land agents to accurately complete the HMRC Inheritance Tax Account.
