Personal Injury Paralegal-Cycling ClaimsA Cycling Claims or Personal Injury Paralegal/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Cycling Claims or Personal Injury Paralegal/Fee Earner to join their award winning team. You will manage your own caseload of files representing cyclists who have suffered, often complex, injuries as a result of accidents.
Duties will include:
- Preparing for and submitting CNFs/letters of claim
- Instructing engineers
- Drafting schedules of special damages and obtaining evidence in support
- Drafting of client and witness statements
- Preparing instructions to medical experts and counsel & drafting court documents
- Obtaining, reviewing and collating medical records
- Researching case law on liability and quantum
- Preparing advice on liability, quantum and causation
- Preparing court bundles

Nina has a BA in History from the University of Leeds and is also an accomplished dancer, performing in various dance shows including one in Disneyland Paris.
