Residential Conveyancer

Bury – £25,000 - £35,000

I am working with a well-established regional Law firm based in Greater Manchester looking to expand their Residential Conveyancing Team.
 
They require a reliable, experienced, diligent candidate with good attention to detail who has demonstrated experience in handling and managing all aspects of the residential conveyancing process and is used to working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be able to deal with a broad caseload including sales, purchases, and remortgages of all types of residential property from the new instruction through to completion.
 
The team are looking for a self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to working under pressure in a busy environment as part of a leading conveyancing team in the area.  The successful candidate will received full team support and join a well-known and established law firm.
