Clinical Negligence Solcitor

York – £40,000 - £55,000

My client is a regional law firm ranked in Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 and they are looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their office in York.

The firm currently consist of just over 10 offices dotted around Yorkshire, with this particular role ideally for their office within Yorks’ city center.  You will be joining a team of around 20, with ambitions to continue to grow. The firm was recently named as one of Yorkshires fastest-growing firms so you will be joining a firm with ambition and are bringing in the work to sustain this growth, hence the couple positions available.

You will be managing your own mixed caseload of files consisting of all types of clinical negligence work, you will also be assisting more senior members of the team with their higher-value, complex caseload. The ideal candidate will 0-4 years PQE and need previous experience assisting or managing a clinical negligence caseload.

Salary will be £55,000 DOE with 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH. There are a host of other great benefits that include 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas shut down, enhanced maternity and sick pay, private healthcare that incudes family and many more.
