My client is a reputable legal firm based in Wirral, renowned for its excellence in conveyancing services. With a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving results, they are now seeking a skilled Senior Conveyancer to join their dynamic team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize extensive knowledge and experience to handle all aspects of conveyancing with precision and efficiency.
• Lead a team of three, including a Conveyancer and Conveyancing Assistant, providing supervision, guidance, and support.
• Effectively allocate work within the team, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard.
• Take ultimate responsibility for all files opened under your name, ensuring timely completion and adherence to financial targets.
• Support the development and progression of team members, identifying training needs and providing mentorship opportunities.
• Contribute to business development efforts, networking, and promoting the firm's conveyancing services.

Requirements:

• Qualified and experienced Conveyancer with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
• Proactive approach to identifying training needs and driving team development.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid role, based in Wirral.
