I am working with an International law firm who are keen to add a Corporate Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to their award-winning, like-minded team based in the heart of Manchester city centre. This unique position offers the opportunity to work on complex cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, buy ins/outs and other sophisticated corporate matters. They have long-standing, established clientele working closely with Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 companies as well as financial institutions, private companies and entrepreneurs.What's in it for you?
