Conveyancing Fee Earner
Bradford – £25,000 - £30,000
I am currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join my client’s office in Bradford.You will be a residential conveyancing fee earner, either qualified or non-qualified, managing your own caseload of matters such as sales and purchases of both FH and LH, remortgages, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and lease extensions.

Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in handling various cases involving residential conveyancing.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Capable of handling own caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.

What were you doing before you joined Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment?
I was working doing FIFO Western Australia, and before that in the outback in New South Wales Australia working within a team dealing with logistics sales customer service, and general administration.
What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
I am Looking forward to learning new skills, gaining insight into a new industry of recruitment, and also getting to know the team at Douglas Scott.
If you weren’t in recruitment what would you be doing?
I would probably be sitting on a beach in Australia, working at an ice cream shop if I'm honest...
