Commercial Property Associate

London – £80,000 - £90,000

I am looking to speak with Commercial Property Associates in London with around 3-4 years PQE who are ready to take their legal career to the next level. My client is a progressive top 100 UK Law Firm where a day in their Commercial Property team never falls short of exciting; if you thrive in an enviornment where you can embrace the pressure and feel the buzz then this could be the next move for you. 

The Team: 

• Their Real Estate team collaborates closely with a diverse range of clients, including property developers, landlords, investors, and institutional lenders.
• With an extensive professional network at their disposal, they offer integrated solutions tailored to their clients' needs across various sectors, from Retail & Leisure to Health & Social Care.

The Role: 

• As an Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of cases and transactions, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing a caseload with efficiency and expertise.
• Cultivating strong client relationships and managing expectations.
• Developing your client base and expanding their network through active participation in events and seminars.
• Providing mentorship and support to junior team members.
• Tracking progress against KPIs and meeting targets.
• Contributing to budgetary management and resource optimization.

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-4 years PQE.
• Proven experience in commercial property matters.
• Strong client management skills with a focus on delivering excellence.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior lawyers.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
