NIHL Team Leader
Coventry – £30,000 - £45,000
My client are a top 50 UK law firm and they are looking to recruit a Team Leader / Manager to join their NIHL team in the Midlands.The role will be managing your own team. You will be providing supervision, technical support and training, as well as managing your own reduced litigated caseload. To be considered for the role you will need previous experience handling your own disease caseload with knowledge of all stages of the litigation process within disease claims, as well as previous managerial experience.
Salary will be £45,000 DOE, with 4 days WFH a week and just one day in the office. Benefits include but are not limited to 25 days AL plus bank holidays, health care and dental services, death in service, tech scheme to name a few.
