London – £50,000 - £70,000

My client is seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their thriving London office. As a key member of the contentious probate team, you will handle a diverse range of challenging cases, working with a mix of high-net-worth individuals, families, and estates. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the firm's success while advancing your career in a prestigious legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters from inception to resolution.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on matters related to wills, estates, and inheritance disputes.
• Conduct negotiations and, when necessary, represent clients in court proceedings.
• Grow business through networking and social media.
• Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

 
Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Contentious Probate solicitor (ideally 3 years PQE plus)
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex probate disputes and litigation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
