Dispute Resolution Solicitor

A Commercial Litigation Solicitor is required for a full service firm in Cheshire that has been providing legal services to businesses and individuals for over 80 years. The department is expanding so this is an exciting time to join the firm. The salary is negotiable dependent on experience and competitive in the marketplace.

You will have exposure to, and be working on a wide range of Dispute Resolution matters such as; 

  • All types of property disputes, including but not limited to boundary and easement disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Dilapidation claims
  • Contract disputes
  • Breach of covenant claims
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Nuisance and trespass claims
  • Lease extensions and enfranchisement
  • Service charge disputes
  • Trusts of land and commercial possession claims
