My client are an international law firm with multiple offices in the Middle East are looking to add a mid-level (around the 5pqe mark) associate to their busy team in Riyadh.This corporate team advise on an array of M&A (both public & Private), join ventures and general corporate advisory work. Their clients include multinational corporate, private equity and sovereign wealth funds.Given the firm’s international presence you will have the opportunity work on cross border transactions.This role is open to candidates based in the Kingdom/region or those from a common law jurisdiction looking to make the move to the most dynamic legal market in the Middle East.Please follow the links to apply.Afraz joined Douglas Scott in 2021 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, working with lawyers across all commercial disciplines for major City Centre and Regional Law firms across the London area.
