Senior Residential Conveyancer
Bristol – £40,000 - £65,000
I am currently recruiting for a Senior Residential Conveyancer on behalf of my client, a Legal 500 Law Firm based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Law Firm offering a competitive salary, a generous bonus scheme, hybrid working along with many other benefits!You will be helping to support and manage a team of around 5 solicitors thanks to your strong technical knowledge. You must also have experience efficiently managing a mixed varied caseload of residential property matters such as sales and purchases of both FH and LH, remortgages, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and lease extensions.
