A reputable and established firm are seeking a residential solicitor to join their residential team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload covering residential conveyancing, commercial property transactions, and landlord and tenant disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare correspondence as necessary.
- Independently manage caseload comfortably and with minimal supervision and be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- Experience as a residential conveyancing solicitor and consistent with handling a high caseload.
- Demonstrated experience in handling various cases involving residential, commercial, and landlord and tenant matters.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.

I was working in Business Protection Insurance for a Manchester based leading insurance firm.
What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
I am most looking forward to a change of scenery and dealing with candidates and clients of different levels to help make a difference in their career paths whilst developing my own in a new sector.

I would have most likely remained in the insurance sector and continued down that avenue wherever that would have taken me...

I used to play rugby (union), something that my Dad got me into, although I drew the line at getting involved in his other sports like rallying!
