Family Director/ Team Leader
London – £65,000 - £85,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor to join a fast-growing and forward-thinking family law firm in London.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with fellow Directors, the Management team, team leaders, and HR to promote the seamless operation and growth of the business.
- Supervising a team of solicitors and support staff
- Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and development for both yourself and your team members.
- Stay up to date with legal updates, changes in the law, and relevant case law.
- Attending Team Leader meetings and Management Meetings
- A qualified Family Solicitor with ideally at least 10 years PQE
- Previous experience supervising other team members is essential.
- Strong advocacy skills
- Strong IT skills
- A 30% bonus of anything billed over target.
- Flexible working- 1 or 2 days in the office- the rest working from home!
