This Lancashire based firm have developed a reputation for high level commercial work and have grown in recent years to become a regional powerhouse, acquiring high level talent across corporate, Real Estate, commercial, construction and commercial litigation. They are now looking for a Real Estate Associate to join their team.You will be given the opportunity to work closely with a Partner on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, from L&T through to Development and RE Finance. The client base is also a broad brush with local and national clients across various sectors.
You’ll be given the opportunity to build your name within the market, as in, you will have plenty of client contact and supported to develop your business development skills.

After securing a Geography degree at Leeds Uni, Sam joins Douglas Scott as a Recruitment Consultant as part of the Corporate/Commercial desk with a specific focus on placing Paralegals and Solicitors across the North West.
