Family Solicitor

Blackheath – £40,000 - £70,000

My client is a well-established firm in South East London, and are currently on the lookout for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
Caseload Management:

• Handling a variety of Family Law matters, including divorce/dissolution, financial remedy, cohabitee disputes, pre and post-marital agreements, private law children matters, and Family Law Act injunctions.
• Efficiently managing the caseload, ensuring that each case is given appropriate attention and progressing in a timely manner.

Financial Targets:

• Meeting agreed-upon financial targets, which could involve billing, revenue generation, or other financial performance metrics set by the organization.

Client Care and Satisfaction:

• Providing a high level of client care, which includes effective communication, responsiveness, and empathy.
• Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their needs, concerns, and expectations throughout the legal process.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Family Solicitor (4 years PQE plus)
• Resolution Accreditation would be an advantage.
• Excellent client care skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Familiarity with the LEAP case management system D
• History of meeting targets/ deadlines
• Interest in Business Development
