Department Highlights:
Their Technology and Commercial Transactions Department handles a range of tech and commercial contracts, specializing in:
  • Energy and Infrastructure: Advising on pivotal long-term contracts for energy and infrastructure investments, spanning heat networks, smart meter funding, and smart energy solutions.
  • Technology and Outsourcing: Spearheading high-stakes outsourcings for consumers and suppliers, along with system implementations, cloud computing, and software agreements.
  • Data and Cybersecurity: Providing expert counsel on data protection audits, cybersecurity breaches, and international data transfers.
Responsibilities:
Our client needs someone focused on the Energy & Infrastructure side of TCT, responsible for:
  • Advising on long-term contracts for energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Providing strategic advice on outsourcings.
  • Contributing to M&A projects.
Candidate Profile:
  • Strong academic background.
  • 3-8 Years PQE Solicitor with energy and infrastructure contract experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good transactional management
  • Proactive approach.
  • Team player.
