An Asbestos Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100, national law firm based in Central London. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.My client is an award winning, full service law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. The firm and its lawyers have been consistently ranked in the top tiers in both Chambers UK Guide and the Legal 500 for personal injury (including industrial disease) and is a UK leader in the field of asbestos litigation.
Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Solicitor to run a caseload of claimant asbestos related disease files. Duties will include meeting clients and obtaining witness statements, reviewing medical records, preparing instructions to experts, dealing with CFAs and funding and preparing schedules of loss and damage.
Applications are invited from Industrial Disease Solicitors with a solid track record in dealing with asbestos litigation. We are happy to consider Solicitors at both Associate and Senior Associate level and also both Claimant and Defendant candidates. You will have excellent client care skills given the sensitive issues involving clients.

Francesca began working for Douglas Scott in 2017, joining the National Insurance team. Her role involves placing Paralegals and Solicitors into claimant and defendant Personal Injury law firms in the London area and her clients range from sole-practitioners to international Law Firms. Francesca previously worked for an insurance company as a part of the Expert Liaison team, and so, has previous knowledge within the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market. She graduated from the University of Lancashire after completing a Primary School Teaching degree, prior to that gaining A-Levels in Business Studies, English and Religious Studies.
