London – £70,000 - £90,000

A 5 PQE + Construction Law Solicitor is wanted for a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a London based Top 200 law firm. Applications are invited from motivated and ambitious Solicitors with upwards of 5 years Construction Contracts and Procurement experience acquired in a busy cross sector working environment. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and know how. 

The successful Construction Law Solicitor will join a busy ranked team in the London office, and manage a varied and often complex caseload orientated around national, public and private construction projects. You will hit the ground running, inter alia, negotiating, drafting and reviewing construction contracts, procurement agreements, warranties and guarantees.

The successful candidate will possess upwards of 5 years PQE acquired in a good law firm, and a good working knowledge of the standard suite of contracts that is associated with UK based Construction and Construction procurement.
