Private Client Solicitor (NQ- 5 years)

Central London – £50,000 - £70,000

A well-established firm are looking for a Private Client Solicitor (NQ- 5 years PQE) to join their fast-growing office in Central London.

Position Overview: As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and powers of attorney. You will provide expert legal advice tailored to meet the individual needs and objectives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of private client matters from inception to completion.
• Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Advise clients on tax planning and wealth management strategies.
• Handle probate and estate administration matters.
• Assist clients with the creation and registration of powers of attorney.
• Provide legal guidance on matters related to inheritance disputes and contentious probate.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 years PQE)
• Strong knowledge and expertise in wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
