A top tier firm based in Leeds is currently seeking Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join their team. The firm is seeking someone that is NQ-5 years PQE with previous Clinical Negligence experience.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join a progressive and highly specialised department that is able to offer growth and progression to the individual as well as the opportunity to work on high quality defendant clinical negligence files.
Within this role you will be handling challenging yet a fulfilling case-load of NHS resolution, NHS trust, MDU and private medical insurers.
The firm is considering candidates from a Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury or Insurance background. Previous experience of an NHS Resolution or MDO panel is desirable however not essential.

Francesca began working for Douglas Scott in 2017, joining the National Insurance team. Her role involves placing Paralegals and Solicitors into claimant and defendant Personal Injury law firms in the London area and her clients range from sole-practitioners to international Law Firms. Francesca previously worked for an insurance company as a part of the Expert Liaison team, and so, has previous knowledge within the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market. She graduated from the University of Lancashire after completing a Primary School Teaching degree, prior to that gaining A-Levels in Business Studies, English and Religious Studies.
