A highly regarded firm based in Central London is currently recruiting an Associate Solicitor to working within their Large/Complex Injury department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is wishing to progress their career at a firm that offers genuine opportunities to excel within your careers as a Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitor. You will be working directly under a leading Partner on complex and serious injury files, cases are predominantly RTA files which range from Brain Injury, Spinal Injury and Amputation cases over the value of £25,000.You will be working within a small team of experienced and driven professionals; this role is challenging yet very rewarding due to the nature of the claims.
To progress to interview stage you must be able to demonstrate that you have litigation experience, ideally within defendant personal injury and catastrophic injury files. Ideally the team is seeking someone that is around 2 years PQE however if you have previous experience in defendant catastrophic injury, you will also be considered.

Francesca began working for Douglas Scott in 2017, joining the National Insurance team. Her role involves placing Paralegals and Solicitors into claimant and defendant Personal Injury law firms in the London area and her clients range from sole-practitioners to international Law Firms. Francesca previously worked for an insurance company as a part of the Expert Liaison team, and so, has previous knowledge within the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market. She graduated from the University of Lancashire after completing a Primary School Teaching degree, prior to that gaining A-Levels in Business Studies, English and Religious Studies.
