In-House Property Solicitor
Cheshire – £40,000 - £60,000
A new opportunity for an experienced property fee earner to join the in-house legal department of our specialist property management business client.Based in Cheshire, this is an exciting new role created as a result of continued growth of the business. You’ll provide key support to the wider business on a range of matters, including:
- Assisting in the reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and issuing of transfers and agreements.
- Requesting and reviewing Land Registry documents, as well as conducting necessary searches.
- Identifying Risks & Opportunities prior to land transfers.
- Providing executive summaries of planning or other council documents.
- Reviewing plans related to both residential and commercial properties.
- Attending internal and external meetings where legal support may be required.
- Assisting the wider business with any legal queries
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Property Law Solicitors to change to an in-house environment and specialise in a growing area of the industry.
